Our mission

By 2015 Fiber Optic Valley will be a fiber optics center of Europe. Thousands of new job opportunities will by then have been created in our region and Fiber Optic Valley will be the natural choice of location for any new business in the field.

We will reach our goals by funding and participating in cutting-edge research projects – national and multilateral – and assist the growth of new and existing businesses through R&D and organizational support processes.

As a playmaker in an extensive network, Fiber Optic Valley is building the foundation for an innovative climate for companies to develop ground breaking products and services based on fiber optics and broadband.
