ICT networks goes international
ICT Networks was formed in the autumn of 2009 through a merger of JBEX Networks in Sundsvall, Masbo Networks in Hudiksvall and Creative Networks in Västerås. The company, now with its head office in Sundsvall, carries out broadband installations and holds training courses in fiber optics. With the help of Fiber Optic Valley’s international network and good contacts in Malta, ICT Networks established a subsidiary on the island during 2010. Together with inputs from the Swedish Trade Council, ICT Networks has been involved in Malta’s broadband expansion and the company is starting a fiber training programme during 2011. Discussions are also being conducted with Portugal, Spain, Greece and Cyprus.
