About the speaker:
Karen M. Austin has over 30 years of experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for varied corporate interests and has worked in the fields of mortgage banking, cable entertainment television, news television, and development. Karen holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biochemistry, Public Administration and certifications in Project Management and Contracts Law. She currently resides in Washington, DC. At the World Bank Group, Karen currently heads the ITS Labor Management team which specializes in vendor management, global temporary staffing, managed services, and staff augmentation.
